Terms & Conditions for Artisan Silversmith Business
Payment:
Payment must be received in full prior to items being shipped.
Orders may be cancelled, in writing, prior to shipping and monies will be returned,
(minus any card payment handling fees already incurred).
Postage & Delivery:
We will not post items / orders outside the UK as they are untraceable.
Upon receipt of full payment all orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next day or 1st Class Recorded by the 'Post Office' and will require signing for upon receipt.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is currently £8.50 postage, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery is currently £2.50 postage this cost will be added on to all orders - Unless we state otherwise.
Refunds / Exchanges:
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item please let us know in writing within fourteen days of receipt. Then simply return the item in its original unused pristine condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price,
(minus any card payment handling fees and postage costs already incurred by us Artisan Silversmith).
If the item is returned damaged or visibly used only a 40% refund will apply. Please note that you must pay for the return shipping, we also recommend you obtain a tracking number as proof of postage as if any item goes astray in the post refunds cannot & will not be made by us.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings or any body piercing jewellery.
** Please Note: The above policy does not apply to bespoke orders, tailor made or personalised items made to your specific requirements. Unless: we (Artisan Silversmith) fail to carry out work or supply your order / item 'exactly' as detailed upon the order form / deposit receipt.**
